Start with a useful brief

Include specifications, materials, drawings or reference links, quantity, target budget, destination, required certifications, and desired delivery date. If branding is involved, you must have permission to use the supplied designs and marks.

Free initial quote, agreed project scope

Initial feasibility review is free. Detailed supplier screening, extensive negotiations, factory visits, repeated sample rounds, custom development, and technical inspections are separately scoped and quoted before that work begins.

Sample and production approval

Where samples are used, confirm the specification and sample outcome before authorizing production. Production milestones, payment stages, acceptance criteria, and inspection arrangements must appear in the project quotation.

Your destination requirements

Tell us any labeling, safety, testing, and import requirements before ordering. We do not claim that a supplier or product is certified unless the relevant documentation has been identified and checked under the agreed scope.
