Frequently asked questions

Can you buy from Taobao, 1688, or another Chinese seller?

You can submit links from these and other sources. We confirm seller availability, purchase requirements, product eligibility, and shipping options before accepting the order.

Can I submit a photo instead of a link?

Yes. Include a shareable image link and describe the specifications that matter. A visual match alone does not establish identical materials, quality, or origin.

Is there a charge before I decide?

Initial request review and preliminary quotations are free. Paid in-depth research or special work is agreed separately before it begins.

Do I need a business to use the service?

No. We accept personal and business inquiries. Some suppliers have minimum order quantities, which will be disclosed.

Can you ship to my country?

Provide the destination and postal code. Available routes depend on the product, size, weight, carrier, and destination requirements. We confirm before accepting procurement.

Are shipping and taxes included?

Only if the written quotation expressly says so. Shipping estimates can change after packing. Import taxes, brokerage, and destination charges may be payable separately.

Do you inspect the products?

Basic visual checks and photographs follow the agreed scope. Specialist testing or third-party inspection requires a separate arrangement and is not implied by a photo check.

Can you combine purchases?

Often, subject to compatibility and carrier rules. We assess packed dimensions and protection needs before recommending consolidation.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Contact us promptly. Outcomes depend on order stage, seller terms, custom work, and costs already incurred. International return costs and seller acceptance must be checked before sending anything back.

When will my order arrive?

A project-specific estimate is provided after reviewing seller lead times and shipping options. Customs and carrier delays can affect delivery; we do not promise an unreviewed universal deadline.
