Initial request review and a preliminary quotation are free. SinoSeekers confirms service fees and known purchasing costs in writing before you proceed. There is no published universal percentage: the quote depends on the order and the work you ask us to perform.

What determines the service fee?

A single purchase from a supplied link requires different work from finding suppliers, negotiating specifications, or coordinating a custom production order. We consider the number of sellers, products and variants, sourcing complexity, communication, receiving and checks, and project follow-up. Any minimum charge, additional-item fee, or extra-seller charge is stated before approval.

What appears in the quotation?

How are packing charges calculated?

Packing depends on the number of items, original packaging, fragility, protection required, and final parcel dimensions. Tell us whether retail boxes and labels must be kept. Removing packaging requires approval. Additional materials, special handling, or storage are not assumed to be included; any applicable charge and scope are agreed before that work begins.

When is international shipping confirmed?

An early shipping amount may be an estimate. Final options depend on the actual goods, packed dimensions, weight, destination, carrier, and selected service. Carriers may charge by actual or dimensional weight. We confirm shipping costs for approval before dispatch. There is no universal freight price or guaranteed consolidation saving.

When do you pay?

1. Initial inquiry: submit your requirements for free review.
2. Procurement confirmation: approve the written quotation, including the service fee and agreed payment stages. Purchasing starts after the agreed payment is received.
3. Before dispatch: approve final shipping and packing arrangements and pay any agreed outstanding charges.

The quotation identifies its currency, accepted payment method, and due amounts. Any payment processing or currency conversion charge passed on to you is disclosed before payment. Do not transfer funds without approved written payment instructions.

What requires a separate quotation?

Samples, extensive supplier research, repeated sample rounds, factory visits, custom development, tooling, laboratory tests, and specialist inspections are separately scoped where applicable. We explain paid additional work before starting it. A free initial quote does not include unlimited research or technical verification.

What happens if you change or cancel an order?

Changes to quantity, specifications, or service scope can require an updated quotation and your approval. Cancellation or refund amounts depend on completed work, seller acceptance, and documented nonrecoverable costs. We do not apply an invented universal cancellation percentage.
