Service terms

These terms describe how SinoSeekers coordinates buying and sourcing requests. A written quotation or project agreement records the scope, payment stages, and order-specific conditions. Please review it before approving procurement.

Requests and acceptance

An inquiry, website form, or preliminary estimate is not a confirmed procurement order. An order proceeds after we accept the scope, you approve the written quotation, and the agreed payment is received.

Service scope

Our work can include product searches, seller communication, purchase coordination, receiving, agreed basic checks, packing, and transport arrangements. We are not the manufacturer or carrier. Supplier audits, certifications, laboratory tests, professional advice, and specialist inspections are included only when expressly agreed.

Your instructions

You must provide accurate product specifications, quantities, destination details, and known compliance requirements. You must have the right to use supplied artwork, trademarks, and designs. We do not accept counterfeit, prohibited, or misdeclared goods. If an instruction is unclear, we may pause and ask for clarification.

Costs and payment

The accepted quote identifies the currency, product costs, service charges, other known costs, estimates, and payment instructions. We do not finance purchases unless separately agreed. A material change in price, scope, or product requires an updated approval before proceeding.

Checks and approval

Basic visual checks are limited to observable features under the agreed scope. They do not establish product safety, authenticity, durability, or freedom from hidden defects. Sample approval and technical acceptance criteria must be agreed for projects that require them.

Shipping and cancellation

See Shipping, Cancellations & Returns. Quoted delivery dates are estimates unless an express written commitment says otherwise. Refund calculations take account of completed services and amounts actually recoverable from sellers and other providers.

Concerns and resolution

Contact 18730288905@163.com with the quotation reference and supporting records. We review the agreed scope and purchase records and discuss available remedies. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
