Shipping, cancellations & returns

Before purchasing

Shipping eligibility and available service are reviewed for the actual goods and destination. Tell us about batteries, liquids, powders, fragile materials, branded items, and any required handling. Do not send goods to a receiving address without approval.

Quotes and dispatch

Early freight quotations are estimates unless expressly fixed. Final charges depend on packed dimensions, actual or dimensional weight, destination, carrier, and selected service. We confirm available options and agreed charges before dispatch.

Customs and destination costs

The written quote states whether duties, taxes, brokerage, and destination delivery charges are included. Unless expressly included, those charges are payable separately. Accurate product and value information must be used; we do not accept requests to misdeclare goods.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Timelines are estimates based on the seller and selected shipping service. Manufacturing, customs review, local delivery, and carrier events can change timing. Tracking is provided when available. Insurance or additional declared-value coverage is included only if confirmed in the quote.

Changes and cancellation

Ask as soon as possible. Before purchasing or starting paid work, we review any refund due under the accepted quote. After purchasing or work begins, recoverable amounts depend on seller cancellation rights, completed services, and documented nonrecoverable costs. We explain the calculation; there is no automatic universal cancellation percentage.

Returns

Returns require advance coordination and seller acceptance where applicable. Custom or made-to-order goods may have restrictions. Return freight, customs handling, original transport, and completed service costs may not be recoverable. We confirm available options and costs before authorizing a return.

Damage, shortages, or wrong items

Contact us promptly with your order reference, photographs, and packaging records. Preserve the goods and packaging for review or carrier claims. We compare the records, discuss seller or carrier options, and explain the next steps. Nothing in these policies excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
